Celebrated for their unique blend of French and local Malayan cuisine, expect exciting offerings like Baked Sambal Hamachi Collar, Braised Spaghetti in Laksa Lobster Bisque, Spanish Octopus with Curry Romesco Sauce, and their take on Beef Noodles which features Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks, Tripes & Tendon.

Led by Group Head Chef, Nelson Chua (previously of Atout, Au Petit Salut, and Les Bouchons), Chef Nelson brings with him 28 years of French culinary experience that is focused on bringing out the best in fresh, premium ingredients. Savour the difference with their signature steaks like the Côtes de Bœuf for 2 served with Spicy Cauliflower and Tumeric Butter Roasted Tomatoes, or their Entrecôte M6/7 Wagyu Ribeye.

Remember to leave space for fantastical dessert creations by Pastry Chef Nadhirah Norhan. As part of The White Label’s opening specials, Chef Nadhirah has introduced a stunning series of entremets as part of her limited time Fruit Creations menu.
