- Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00p.m.
- Requests: Requests for specific room types or features are strictly at the discretion of the hotel, with priority extended to Direct bookings.
- Baby Cots: Limited baby cots are available on a complimentary, advance reservation-required basis.
- Child Policy: Children below the age of 7 can stay for free on existing bedding in all Signature category room types subject to the maximum occupancy of each room type.
- Minimum Age: Individuals below the age of 18 must check in with parents or legal guardian.
- Extra Beds: The Sultan does not offer extra beds.
